Carrick is a single estate winery and restaurant on Cairnmuir Road in Bannockburn, farmed organically since 2008. Its 23.5 hectares of vines overlook the Kawarau River and Bannockburn Inlet and sit within 700 metres of the winery.

Guests can eat at the restaurant, taste at the cellar door or use the Waikana Room and gardens, and menus draw on the estate garden and local growers. The Retreat at Carrick offers contemporary accommodation on the estate, a short stroll from the restaurant and just moments from the Lake Dunstan Trail.
