About Quartz Reef Wines Cellar Door
Quartz Reef is a Central Otago sparkling house on a pioneer site in Bendigo, farmed organically and biodynamically and certified Demeter Biodynamic and BioGro Organic. Since 1998 it has made Méthode Traditionnelle alongside Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris, with Rudi Bauer's non-interventive approach behind the wines.
Its recent recognition includes Sustainable Vineyard of the Year and a sparkling trophy in 2026. Wines are sold online, including gift options and corporate gifting, and a Cellar Club offers members regular releases.
